Susannah is an educator and learner based in Melbourne. She has worked with school, government, not-for-profit and corporate partners as a trusted advisor, and has supported a range of education projects since stepping away from the classroom in 2015. Susannah’s expertise bridges the gap between evidence and practice, focusing on supporting those on frontline in schools through thoughtful and practical translation of policy and research. Her work focuses on three core pillars – insights, implementation and impact.
Susannah has extensive experience working directly with individual schools, networks and education jurisdictions in supporting change management and school improvement processes, and is a master project manager for activities that require the efficient coordination of multiple stakeholders and adaptive timelines.
Susannah holds a Master of Teaching (Secondary) and Master of Education Policy (International), both from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Australian Catholic University.
